2、安裝好夾具，對夾具進行檢查。

3、設置好限位開關。

4、設置實驗方式。

6、輸入試樣參數。

1、第一次上機操作一定要按照說明書內容將系統連接好，并檢查無誤方可通電。

2、開機前先給試驗機活動部位加潤滑油。

3、做試驗之前，必須保證系統預熱20 mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">分鐘以上，從而溫漂影響最小。

4、在試驗過程中，若拉力超過儀器標定值，則系統給出負荷報警，此時只要去掉負荷，再按“ mso-hansi-font-family:"Times New Roman"">清零” "Times New Roman"">鍵，即可解除超負荷報警。

5、通電無顯示，請檢查保險絲、電源插座和電源開關。

1、異常震動與雜音

2、試驗數據異常
