隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，工業(yè)的迅速興起，使得一些配電系統(tǒng)大幅度增加，配
電系統(tǒng)的簡便性、可靠性、安全性、節(jié)能性、性價比顯得尤其重要。
目前，傳統(tǒng)的配電系統(tǒng)還是采用繼電器系統(tǒng)和分布監(jiān)測計量、分布控制方式，
而采用（可編程序控制器）系統(tǒng)集中控制和集中監(jiān)測計量方式，有利于提高配電系
統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行管理自動化水平，保證配電的安全穩(wěn)定，還能減少運(yùn)行人員的工作強(qiáng)度提，安
